By training staff in the latest quality assurance requirements and following set quality control guidelines, we certify every project site reflects the highest quality and adheres to all applicable codes and specifications. SEL provides its services and make possible attempt to keep work in budgeted price. We are committed towards our guiding principles, which are;

Health & Safety
SEL believes in working as a team. We are fully geared to provide our services at any place alhamdilillah. We have a team of highly skilled workers and labour working on project sites as a unit. We understand their needs and requirements on site. For this matter, we make sure our QP remains intact and followed in every manner.
For this matter, we have drawn following guidelines;
- Work in a safe and healthy environment.
- Avoid foreseen damages up to our capability.
- Educate labour and workers to work in a safe environment.
- Provide workers right tools and equipment for job on site.
- Weekly review of progress made in terms of deadlines.
- Supervise daily attendance and work of each team.
Education & Training
SEL encourages employees to attend workshops and seminars conducted within industry. We send our engineers to attend ASHRAE conferences and HVACR society workshops on regular basis. This helps in equipping our engineers with the modern/latest technologies and techniques required for nature of our trade. Our numbers of our employees have completed courses conducted by local and international scholars.
